What We Will Do

Counter-Notification

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, telephone number
  5. Consent to jurisdiction of federal court in your district
  6. Agreement to accept service of process from the complainant

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
