Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content accessible through our Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material on our Site that is allegedly infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URL required)
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
What We Will Do
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing embedded content or link within 48 hours
- Notify the third-party platform hosting the content (if applicable)
- Document the takedown for our records
Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its prior location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number
- Consent to jurisdiction of federal court in your district
- Agreement to accept service of process from the complainant
Repeat Infringers
We will terminate access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Note: Filing a false DMCA notice may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
